The EM-312 is a compact, rack-mounted 12-channel mixer featuring 6 mic/line combo inputs alongside 6 additional line inputs. It is equipped with XLR outputs, a 6.3 mm mono output, a stereo RCA recording output, and a 6.3 mm monitoring output specifically for the microphone section. The mixer provides individual volume controls for each input, in addition to a volume control for the mono output and a master volume control. It includes a 3-band equalizer and an adjustable priority function for microphone announcements via channel 1.

This microphone line mixer comprises 6 mono channels and 3 stereo channels. The 6 mono mic/line input channels utilize switchable combo jacks, while the 3 stereo line input channels are designed for RCA connections. Phantom power can be activated for each microphone input, and all input channels feature separate level controls along with signal LEDs. An adjustable priority circuit is available for channel 1. The mixer also offers balanced stereo XLR outputs and RCA outputs, an adjustable monitor output, and a mono line output via a 6.3 mm jack. Additional features include a master level control, a 4-digit stereo LED level meter, and a 3-band equalizer. Furthermore, it has screw terminals for a 24 V DC power input and is designed for 19" rack installation, occupying 1 U of space.
